Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.

After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order, alternatively you can call our sales / enquiries line 0845 4288892 (local rate) and place your order over the phone.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Eurocard, Switch / Maestro, Solo and Delta.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.

We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
All goods are insured during transit. Small and medium items are usually sent via next day courier, larger items are dispatched on a 3-5 day service. All goods must be checked and signed for on delivery. Any damage must be reported immediately, couriers insurance may not cover any damage not noted on the delivery note. If a courier asks you to sign unchecked you should sign damaged otherwise your insurance could be invalidated. Extra surcharges may apply to offshore islands and remote/outlying areas depending on size and weight of order, please contact us prior to ordering providing your postal code for a quotation.
Delivery Schedule
If the item is in stock delivery will be between 7-14 days however due to popularity some items may be out of stock and have to be placed on back order. To avoid any confusion / misunderstanding over lead times it is advisable to check availability before ordering. If you require your goods by a certain deadline please check availability prior to order.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. We do not store your credit card details on our system.

Returns Policy
Under Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to a 7 day 'cooling off period'. Should you wish to return the item(s) you must inform us by email at sales@greytowersinteriors.co.uk within seven days and return the goods at your own expense by recorded delivery. Item(s) should be returned as new and in original packaging.

Home Assembly items cannot be returned once constructed. Mattresses cannot be returned once they have been removed from their original packing. Special and bespoke orders are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.

There is a 15% restocking fee for all cancelled orders.
