Q: Is the online ordering process secure
A: Grey Towers Interiors maintain the highest levels of security. Our site uses high-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.

Q: Do you deliver to Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands?
A: Depends on size and weight of item, it is advisable to check before ordering. Extra charges from the couriers apply and next day service is not always available, usually takes 2-3 days delivery.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, however you are welcome to arrange your own courier to collect from our collection depot.

Q: Is postage insurance included?
A: Postage insurance is included in the postage and packing charges.

Q: Where do you deliver to?
A: We deliver to all mainland UK addresses and Northern Ireland.

Q: What are your opening hours for collections?
A: Our collection depot is open 9:30am~5:30pm Mon~Fri and 10am~4pm Sat. Proof of purchase is required and please ensure your item is in stock awaiting collection prior to collection.
